VEKA SL 82
Les fenêtres que nous fabriquons dans le système VEKA SL 82 s’adressent aux clients les plus exigeants à la recherche de solutions durables. Le profil Veka SL 82 est fabriqué en classe A (parois externes épaisseur minimum 2,8 mm) et dans une structure du dormant à sept chambres et une structure d’ouvrants à six chambres. En conséquence, il a obtenu des paramètres d’isolation thermique élevés au niveau d’Uf – 1,0 W m2 / K. Des profils d’armature en acier correctement sélectionnés et utilisés permettent la construction de fenêtres de grande taille correspondant aux tendances architecturales actuelles. En standard, nous avons équipé les fenêtres de ce système d’un vitrage à deux chambres (trois vitres) avec un coefficient Ug-0,5 W m2 / K, qui, grâce à la connexion avec le profil lui-même, permet d’obtenir un résultat élevé et souhaité de la perméabilité de la fenêtre entière au niveau Uw – 0,8 En m2 / K. Ce paramètre ne caractérise que les fenêtres présentant les propriétés d’économie d’énergie les plus élevées et une fonctionnalité élevée.
Un avantage supplémentaire dans la construction de cette fenêtre est le système de trois joints, qui isole parfaitement l’utilisateur du bruit, de l’humidité et du froid. De plus, grâce à trois joints dans le cadre, il est naturellement divisé en une chambre à eau – à travers laquelle nous drainons l’eau de pluie vers l’extérieur et une chambre sèche dans laquelle les quincailleries fonctionnent. Par conséquent, les raccords n’ont pas de contact avec l’eau de pluie, grâce à laquelle leur durée de vie est nettement plus longue. Dans ce type de fenêtre, nous utilisons la solution de quincaillerie la plus moderne au monde – Siegenia Tytan AF. En standard, la ferrure a des rouleaux KoPiBo rotatifs et auto-réglables, réduisant au minimum la résistance que nous ressentons sur la poignée lors de la fermeture de la fenêtre, et un lève-ouvrant qui assure une bonne insertion du vantail dans le cadre (à côté des fenêtres OB) ainsi qu’une micro-ventilation. Étant donné que les fenêtres que nous fabriquons dans le système VEKA SL 82 sont dédiées aux maisons familiales, nous les équipons en standard de 2 à 4 gâches antivol qui retardent le cambriolage dans le bâtiment. Le design classique et moderne aura fière allure dans les couleurs anthracite et basalte pour les formes modernes, mais lorsque nous utilisons des plaxages en bois similaire, il se combinera également parfaitement avec l’architecture des maisons plus traditionnelles.

Production technology
Windows manufactured using the innovative V-Perfect technology, which consists in precise welding of profiles. That makes it possible to join them without the need to use a corner cleaner. This results in the unique effect of connecting the flashless profiles, which becomes almost invisible to the human eye.

Anti-burglary windows in RC3 class
Certified anti-burglary windows in RC3 class on the VEKA SL 82 system equipped with Siegenia TITAN AF fittings in accordance with DIN EN 1627: 2011. The license is based on testing and certification from the PfB laboratory – Prüfzentrum für Bauelemente, Lackermannweg 24, 83071 Stephanskirchen.
In the RC3 class, we can make window structures: R and RU sashes, structures with a movable mullion and a fixed mullion. The maximum height of the structure is 3,000 mm, while the maximum height with a post is 2,200 mm. Permanent glazing maximum 1,600 mm by 3,000 mm.
Despite the fact that the exemplary sash has 19 locking points, the comfort of use does not differ from a standard window with 6 catches, and it is definitely safer.
ADAMS employees were trained in making such structures in theory and practice in accordance with the system maps provided by SIEGENIA, the training was conducted by Mr. Michael Fuchs. During the training, ADAMS employees learned how to make the structure up to the very moment of assembly at the target customer.
