Products manufactured in the VEKA SL 82 system are addressed to the most demanding customers looking for durable solutions. The Veka SL 82 profile is produced in class A (minimum thickness of external walls 2.8 mm) and with a seven-chamber structure of the frame and a six-chamber structure of the casement. As a result, it obtained high thermal insulation parameters at the level of Uf – 1.0 W m2 / K. Properly selected and applied steel reinforcement sections allow for the construction of large-size windows corresponding to the current architectural trends. As a standard, we have equipped the windows in this system with a two-chamber glazing unit (three glasses) with a coefficient of Ug- 0.5 W m2 / K. As a result of the connection with the profile itself allows us to obtain a high and desired effect of the entire window permeability at the Uw – 0.8 level. In m2 / K. Such a parameter is characteristic only for windows with the highest energy-saving properties and high functionality.

An additional advantage in the construction of this window is the system of three seals, which perfectly isolates the user from noise, moisture and cold. In addition, it is divided into a water chamber through which we drain rainwater to the outside and a dry chamber in which the fittings work. Thus, the fittings do not come into contact with rainwater, which significantly extends their service life. In this type of window, we use the most modern fittings solution in the world – Siegenia TITAN AF. As standard, this fitting has rotary, self-aligning KoPiBo rollers, reducing the resistance we feel on the handle when closing the window to a minimum, and a sash lift that ensures proper insertion of the sash into the frame (at RU windows) as well as micro-ventilation. Since the windows manufactured by us in the VEKA SL 82 system are dedicated to single-family houses, as a standard, we equip them with 2 to 4 anti-burglary catches that make it difficult to break into the building. The classic and modern design will look great in anthracite and basalt colors for modern forms. When we use wood-like veneers, it will also perfectly match the architecture of more traditional houses.

Production technology

Windows manufactured using the innovative V-Perfect technology, which consists in precise welding of profiles. That makes it possible to join them without the need to use a corner cleaner. This results in the unique effect of connecting the flashless profiles, which becomes almost invisible to the human eye.

Anti-burglary windows in RC3 class

Certified anti-burglary windows in RC3 class on the VEKA SL 82 system equipped with Siegenia TITAN AF fittings in accordance with DIN EN 1627: 2011. The license is based on testing and certification from the PfB laboratory – Prüfzentrum für Bauelemente, Lackermannweg 24, 83071 Stephanskirchen.

In the RC3 class, we can make window structures: R and RU sashes, structures with a movable mullion and a fixed mullion. The maximum height of the structure is 3,000 mm, while the maximum height with a post is 2,200 mm. Permanent glazing maximum 1,600 mm by 3,000 mm.

Despite the fact that the exemplary sash has 19 locking points, the comfort of use does not differ from a standard window with 6 catches, and it is definitely safer.

ADAMS employees were trained in making such structures in theory and practice in accordance with the system maps provided by SIEGENIA, the training was conducted by Mr. Michael Fuchs. During the training, ADAMS employees learned how to make the structure up to the very moment of assembly at the target customer.
