ECONOLINE (Aliplast without thermal insulation)

ECONOLINE is a system without thermal insulation, designed for constructing internal partitions, both fixed and with windows and doors. Profile width of 51 mm (6 mm more than the standard widespread on the market) gives great freedom for designers and comfort for contractors. The system allows for the use of pane sets with a thickness of 3 mm to 38 mm. The panes are fixed and sealed in casement rebates using glazing beads made of aluminium profiles and gaskets. The Econoline system is compatible with other Aliplast systems: common glazing beads, gaskets, corners and hardware. In the Econoline system, there is a version of door profiles with a specially profiled hardware groove for attaching clamp hinges. A kind of supplement is the INNERWALL subsystem, which is perfect for shaping office buildings – it is a raw skeleton, into which lacquered slats are shot. There is a possibility of using internal blinds here.
